Our team sets up high-accuracy modular formwork shuttering on your prepared base.
Concealed Cavity Plumbing
Suction, return, LED wiring and direct-solar thermal lines are fitted directly inside the structural wall cavity.
Continuous Monolithic Pour
Concrete is poured into the formwork in a single continuous process, creating a solid, seamless vessel free from structural cold joints.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Why is an in-situ monolithic poured pool better than a fiberglass or brick pool?
Brick pools have hundreds of mortar joints that can crack over time under ground movement, while fiberglass shells can bulge or degrade under UV exposure. A monolithic poured concrete vessel is a single solid structure reinforced with steel rebar, offering permanent structural integrity.
Do I need extensive excavation work?
Not necessarily. Safari Plunge and Composite pools are designed as elevated or semi-elevated architectural vessels. They can be placed onto a reinforced concrete pad or integrated into high-level wooden decks without massive earth-moving costs.
How does the PV Direct-Solar heating system work?
During Day 1 cavity plumbing, dedicated solar heating conduits are cast into the vessel. On Day 2, the submerged heating element is connected directly to a dedicated roof-mounted PV solar panel.
